Obama Care won't take effect until 2014

Pres. Obama's health care plan will not take effect until 2014, but get this, taxes take effect immediately. That means that we will have to pay for health care four years in advance. So, in other words, we have to pay for Obama Care up front four years before we receive any benefits. Now, at first glance, that doesn't sound too bad, but all of the money we give the govt. will be put in a "safe" lock box, which, again doesn't sound too bad, but what will the govt. do with the money? They will have unlimited access to it, most of it won't even be used for health care, Obama's administration is going to spend all of it before 2014, but even if they don't spend a single penny of that money, they will still fall short, when 2014 comes around, even if they haven't spent it, we still will not have enough money for health care and our deficit will continue to grow exponentially.
